Segovia Classical Guitar Competition
As I am sure you are all aware, this year is the 25th anniversary of the Andrés Segovia Classical Guitar Competition, which will be held from 23rd to 28th November, in the Centro Civico. Start time is usually around 7pm and competitors, aged not more than 35-years-old, will compete to reach the final of the competition.
If you get the chance to attend, it is worth remembering that it can be very rewarding to attend the first two rounds of the competition, as competitors from Russia, Cuba, Spain, Italy and probably several other countries compete in the toughest of musical arenas, in order to make it to that elusive final!
